Turn messy notes into an action plan you can review

Paste meeting notes, a brief, or an idea dump and get tasks, dependencies, risks, and open questions, each labelled with where it came from.

ExperimentalFree to use · No sign-in needed

Paste meeting notes, a project brief, or a list of loose ideas. You get a draft plan: an objective, tasks in a suggested order with the links between them, risks, decisions already made, possible milestones, and the questions your notes leave open. Every item says whether it's from your notes (with the quote), from a constraint you gave, inferred, or a suggestion. It never assigns people or invents deadlines. Reorder, edit, remove, and pick tasks, undo mistakes, then export Markdown or JSON.

What to paste

Meeting notes, a project brief, or an idea dump, optionally with the outcome you want, a horizon, participants, and planning depth.

What you get

Ordered tasks with dependencies, risks, decisions, milestones, and open questions, each labelled as from your notes, your constraint, inferred, or a suggestion.

Try it

How AI is used. This tool drafts a proposal from your text. It can be wrong or incomplete. Items marked “From your text” quote where they came from; “Inferred” items are the AI's reasoning; “Needs your input” means your text didn't say.

Your text. Your notes are sent to our server to build the plan and aren't stored or logged. When live generation is on, they're also sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to draft the plan. Remove names, secrets, and personal data you don't need to share.

Shapes how much to plan. It never becomes a deadline on a task.
Context only. The plan never assigns tasks to anyone.

Worked example

A synthetic example you can run above with “Load the help-centre move example”. It works even when live generation is off, and its result is labelled as a prepared sample.

Kick-off: moving the help centre to the new docs platform - Goal: all 140 help articles live on the new platform before the old contract ends on 30 November. - Decided: we keep the current URL structure so search links don't break. - Decided: no new articles during the move, fixes only. - Sam mentioned the export tool from the old platform drops images. - Need an inventory of articles and which ones are outdated. - Redirects have to be tested before we switch DNS. - Priya can review the style guide, but only after the inventory exists. - Worry: translations (NL, FR) may not export cleanly. - …

How it works

  • Your notes are numbered line by line on our server, and every task, risk, and decision must quote those lines, point to a constraint you gave, or explain its reasoning.
  • Tasks that assign a person or add a date your notes don't contain are removed on the server, whatever the AI wrote. Dependencies must point to real tasks, and circular chains become open questions.
  • The plan has to match a versioned schema with no field for an owner or due date.
  • Every change runs fixed messy, vague, contradictory, and adversarial notes through the same checks before it can go live.

How your text is handled: privacy. Terms for AI results: terms.

Limitations

  • It drafts a plan; it doesn't schedule, assign, or send anything, and it never writes to TasksAI.
  • It never assigns tasks to people or adds deadlines. Dates appear only when your notes state them.
  • Effort ranges are rough estimates, and dependencies marked inferred are guesses. Check both.
  • It only knows what you paste: no links are followed and no calendars or tools are read.
  • Live generation isn't switched on yet: while this tool is experimental, only the example runs.
